Pursuant to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FinIA), we are authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
FINMA is Switzerland’s financial-markets regulator. Its mandate is to supervise banks, insurance companies, insurance intermediaries, financial institutions, collective investment schemes, fund management companies and asset managers, such as Investiera. Ultimately, FINMA is responsible for ensuring that Switzerland’s financial markets function effectively.

Pursuant to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FinIA), we are supervised by the AOOS – Aufsichtsorganisation für Vermögensverwalter und Trustees.
AOOS is a supervisory organization (SO) in accordance with the Financial Market Supervision Act (FINMAG). The Financial Institutions Act (FINIA) came into force on January 1, 2020 and, since then, asset managers like Investiera and trustees had to apply for a licence from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and be supervised by an approved SO. This ongoing supervision monitors the business activities of its affiliated asset managers and trustees with regard to compliance with legal regulations and licensing requirements.

Pursuant to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FinIA), we are affiliated with the FINOS - Ombudsstelle für Finanzdienstleister gemäss FIDLEG
FINOS is an ombudsman service for the financial sector. As a neutral institution, FINOS endeavours to develop consensual solutions for all parties within the framework of mediation and thus avoid costly legal disputes that would involve Investiera. Affiliated financial service providers benefit from efficient dispute resolution processes and correspondingly favourable conditions.
