Nicholas started his career as a portfolio manager at ClaridenLeu Private Banking where his responsibilities included fund selection and its implementation in mandates. He then moved into institutional client servicing at Bank Sarasin & Co. where he looked after pension funds, charitable foundations and financial intermediaries. Nicholas obtained the Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) diploma as well as a diploma as Certified Financial Analyst & Asset Manager and is a Managing Partner at FreigeistAsset Management AG.

Promoter of INVESTIERA® Group AG, Viorel carries over 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors, with a specialized focus on risk management. He is responsible for setting strategic directions and development objectives for all the entities within the Capital Group, encompassing investment activities. He has notable global investment experience with a particular emphasis on SEE. His academic qualifications include two University degrees, one in Economic Cybernetics and Information and the other in Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in Risk Management, which demonstrates his profound expertise and dedication to the field.

Michael possesses a comprehensive 12+ year background in the real world of financial accounting and auditing, having honed his skills at Blaser TreuhandAG. His expertise extends through the complex labyrinths of financial institutions' regulations and compliance requirements. His profound command of finance is matched by his academic achievements, holding a doctorate in mathematics from the renowned ETH Zurich. Michael has attained the esteemed Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification, showcasing his specialized proficiency in the assessment and valuation of businesses.

Having completed his undergraduate studies at the Bocconi University, he further refined his expertise with a Master's in Strategy and International Management (SIM) from the University of St. Gallen, a program renowned for its rigorous approach to global business strategy. His approach to investment is both innovative and disciplined, blending the strategic complexity of chess with the precise analysis of advanced mathematics. Irina is a dedicated professional with a solid educational background and a proven track record of success. As a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), she holds an MSc in Management, and a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from University of York, two programs renowned for their emphasis on analytical and strategic approaches in the global business landscape.
